Reproductive Health Coalition Statement on the Equal Rights Amendment

The National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health (NPWH) is proud to stand alongside the Reproductive Health Coalition and its numerous member organizations in supporting efforts to advance the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA). NPWH is committed to advocating for equitable healthcare access and ensuring that reproductive rights remain a cornerstone of comprehensive, patient-centered care. By joining this coalition, NPWH reinforces its dedication to promoting policies that protect bodily autonomy, uphold clinicians' ability to provide ethical and evidence-based care, and address the ongoing healthcare crisis exacerbated by barriers to reproductive health services. Together, we urge the immediate certification and publication of the ERA to safeguard the fundamental rights and health of all Americans.
