2025 Call for Abstracts

 

Submissions for the
28th Annual NPWH Premier Women's Healthcare Conference,
being held October 1-3, 2025 will open in early 2025.

For questions regarding research/innovative abstracts, including industry abstracts, please contact Carol Wiley (cwiley@npwh.org). 
While authors may submit multiple abstracts, one abstract per author can be accepted for podium,
and up to two abstracts per author can be accepted for posters.

Duplicate or very similar abstracts with the same author will not be considered.
We encourage each abstract per author to be clinically or significantly unique in objectives, methods, and/or findings.
Presenters are responsible for their own expenses related to the conference and
must register for the main portion of the conference.

Research or Innovative Abstracts

NPWH invites submission of original abstracts (not previously published or presented) for podium or poster presentations at its 28th Annual Conference. Abstracts on completed research and innovative clinical projects will be considered for podium and poster presentation. Abstracts on research and clinical projects in progress will only be considered for poster presentation. Accepted industry abstracts (research or innovative clinical projects) may be presented as posters only.

Research or Innovative Abstracts - Student Submissions

NPWH invites students to submit original abstracts (not previously published or presented) for poster presentations at its 28th Annual Conference. Students graduating in 2025 - 2026 are eligible to submit. Accepted student abstracts (research or innovative clinical projects) may be presented as posters only.

 

 
Clinical Abstracts

NPWH is looking for aspiring speakers to present in breakout sessions at the 28th Annual NPWH Premier Women's Healthcare Conference, October 1-3, 2025. Presentations should be an in-depth exploration on a clinical topic of interest to attendees. Some potential topic categories might include:

  • Assessment, Diagnostic Testing, and Interpretation
  • Gynecology
  • Obstetrics
  • Pharmacology
  • Primary Care
  • Wellness Management/Physiology

Submissions will be available in early 2025.
